  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days
    • International Orders: 10- 14 business days (varies by destination)

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframe.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to assist.

Product Issues

  • Due to the handmade nature of our crochet items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve it.
